Single Dances & Solos
1 Point
Multi-Dances
2-Dance = 2 Points
3-Dance = 3 Points
4-Dance = 4 Points
5, 6, 9 & 10-Dance = 5 Points
The Series Finale each year will rotate between the 4 participating competitions.
Points received at the current year’s series finale will also count towards the next year’s series.
Dancers must enter the triple crown royal qualifiers at each competition to accrue points.
Dancers must enter a minimum of 2 Triple Crown competitions in 2024 to qualify for Top Teacher prize money and Overall Awards at the Series Finale.
Triple Crown Royal Qualifiers
Dancers must enter the corresponding Triple Crown Royal Qualifying Multi-Dance in each style, level, and age at each 2024 Triple Crown Dance Event they wish to accrue points in.
Royal Qualifier Styles:
Smooth
Ballroom
Rhythm
Latin
Royal Qualifier Ages:
A: 19-35
B: 36-50
C: 51-65
SR: 66+
Royal Qualifier Levels:
Closed Bronze
Closed Silver
Closed Gold
Open Advanced
Example:
If a dancer enters the B Closed Bronze and Closed Silver Smooth Single Dances, Multi-Dances, and Scholarships at a particular Triple Crown event, then they must also enter the B Closed Bronze and Closed Silver Triple Crown Royal Qualifiers to accrue points for those entries.
Royal Qualifier Event Prizes:
The Top 3 couples in each Royal Qualifier will receive medals. The 1st Place Student will receive a luxury Triple Crown gift. The 1st Place Teacher will receive an exclusive Triple Crown jacket.
At the Series Finale, the Top Teacher, Top Overall Male Student, Top Overall Female Student, and Top Overall Studio will each win an exquisite Triple Crown Crystal Trophy!
